[26] super eyepatch wolf appreciation post
I have this brief memory of seeing my late grandpa watching wrestling on Thursday night. I was a kid who shouldn't sleep that late, but my curiosity about why my grandpa was watching beefy guys slamming into each other was strong at that time. So I sat beside him and watched it quietly. My grandpa was a quiet man. As a kid, I had trouble having conversations with him. So my childhood was spent admiring him from a distance, or sitting beside him watching WWE. He passed away when I was 12.
My late father used to say that wrestling is fake. Logically, why would you let violence be shown on TV if it's real anyway? But I never see it as some kind of elaborate storytelling. Not until I watched Super Eyepatch Wolf's latest video.
John is an amazing storyteller. He can turn his hellish experiences with customer service into a video of a man spiraling over a computer, or go deep into Garfield's unsettling fandom(?). This is just an appreciation post about a man making entertaining content. Not many people can make me locked in 2+ hours video about something I don't care about. I'm truly inspired by his passion.
can't imagine his editing session,
