[34] losing appetite and phone addiction; again
Hello
Last week, my phone screen time was 10 hours 49 minutes, on average. I relapsed again. My bad. I know this time will come someday haha. Oh well. But strangely I don't feel as bad as I used to. Maybe because I know I have succeed once and this is just a phase, like everything that ever changing, my needs change too.
And lately I have been eating too much junk food. Crackers and chocolate bars and fish snacks. I lose appetite at work and my body kinda craving for those food to suppress the hunger. I eat properly only during weekend, which is a bad habit honestly. I don't know how to fix my diet during work week. I'll just figure it out later.
As usual, I'll just delete the apps instead of making time restrictions. I'll start to read more pages again. Back to square one like always.
